What are the expiration dates on the products listed on DirecTest?

All diabetic testing strips and lancets have at least 1 year expiration dates.

Why is my credit card being denied?

Due to high security checkout process we require that you provide us with the following information as stated on your monthly statement:

  • Cardholder's Name - Exactly the way it appears on the card (including the middle initial, if any)
  • Billing Address - Your billing address is displayed at the "Billing Information" page (this is where you fill the card information), on the upper right corner. This address has to be the same as your card billing address (the address where you receive your bank statements).
  • Card Security Code - also known as CVV or CVV2 - See the help page

Debit Card Users: Please note that if your card has been denied due to incorrect information provided to us (Billing address, CVV, Expiration date, etc.) your bank may still have a hold on the funds that we have tried to authorize. This may occur as many times as you try and get denied. The hold is usually removed by your bank within 24-72 hours.

How do I Add to Shopping Cart/Checkout?

Please make sure that you are signed in, Save Cart and Load Cart options are not available unless you are signed in. If you are not yet signed in, please use the option "Sign In" on the top right corner of your screen. If you don't have an account with DirecTest yet, please register.

To Save a Shopping Cart:

  1. Add all of the products that you would like to save, to you shopping cart (use "Add to Cart" or "Add to Shopping Cart" buttons for each product)
  2. Once you have all the products placed in your shopping cart with desired quantities, please locate and click on "Save Cart" link located on Shopping Cart page, below our security seals.
  3. Give this cart a name for future identification, and click on "Save" button. You may save as many shopping carts within your account, as many you like!

To Load a previously saved Shopping Cart:

  1. Once logged in, click on "Shopping Cart" link on the top of each page.
  2. Locate and click on "Select Cart" link located below security seals within shopping cart page.
  3. Select a previously saved shopping cart, the selected cart will be loaded. Please note that products that were added to your cart prior to loading will be lost, so make additions to a saved cart only after you have loaded it.

Please note that current prices will be applied for all products.

We suggest you to consider our AutoShip Program if you order same supplies every time.

The Diabetic Coverage Auto Order Program at DirecTest means one very important thing: Never run out of your diabetic supplies again!

This is a perfect option for our regular customers, who order the same supplies every time, at regularly scheduled intervals. You already save up to 80% every day at DirecTest. Just for joining, you’ll save an EXTRA 5% on diabetes products you use the most: Glucose Test Strips, Glucose Monitor Kits, Lancets and Lancing Devices, while enrolled in our Diabetic Coverage Auto Order Program.

  • How much does Diabetic Coverage cost? Nothing! It is absolutely FREE to join.
  • How do I enroll? When you place your order - please check the checkbox next to "Enroll me in the DirecTest Diabetic Coverage Auto Order Program" at the "Review and Confirm" page (this is the last page of checkout process), located just above the "Confirm Order" button, select the frequency (Available options are: 30, 60 and 90 days), and then confirm your order. You will receive an email from us confirming your request. You may also enroll by calling us any time at 1-855-837-8365.
  • When do you charge my credit card? DirecTest will charge your credit card each time your AutoShip order ships.
  • Can I cancel or change AutoShip orders? Yes. Contact us to cancel, reschedule, change shipping address, payment, etc. Please call us at 1-855-837-8365 and our customer service representatives will assist you.
  • Can I return an Auto Order shipment? Yes. AutoShip Orders are covered by the DirecTest return policy.

NOTE: You will NOT be notified prior to your order shipping. The Diabetic Coverage Program is for customers in the United States, U.S. Territory, and APO/FPO shipping destinations. We may change or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.

Do I need physician's order to shop at DirecTest?

For most of the products at DirecTest such as glucose meters, diabetic test strips, glucose lancets and other OTC items you will not need physician's order.

However, there are some items that require a physician's order, please read the product descriptions to find out whether or not you will be asked for an order of a physician before we ship. If you do purchase an item that your state requires a physician's order please fax your physician's order after you placed your order to our Fax#: 1 (866) 503-1278. Please reference your invoice number on your fax. If we already have your physician's order on file, you will not need to send it again, unless it has expired.

In general, if the local stores of your ship to location require a physician's order on items that you are purchasing then we will ask for it as well.

Is there minimum purchase amount?

There is no minimum purchase amount at DirecTest, you can buy as little as one box or as many as you need. Our quantity discounts give our customers the flexibility whether you are a diabetic patient or a small / medium business looking to provide your patients with low cost, high quality diabetic and OTC supplies. We provide EVERYONE with a savings on their supplies.

Where do you ship?

DirecTest is proud to offer our products to customers within the United States. Products, shipping rates and fees may vary based on weight and delivery address.

If you are located outside the United States, please email service@directest.us with all your contact information and the products you would like to purchase. We are working to expand globally in the near future and may be able to service your needs.

What are your shipping rates and policies?

All orders over $100 will be shipped FREE of charge via Standard shipping option shipped within the continental United States. In most cases, this will be shipped via USPS 2-5 day service. USPS does not guarantee Mail transit time. Please upgrade your shipping method to FedEx Two Day (Second Day by FedEx) or FedEx Express (Next Business Day by FedEx) if you need your supplies quicker. Heavier shipments will be sent via FedEx Ground, so please provide us with a physical address if your order weighs over 4 lbs. Any order shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or a military / APO address may be subject to additional shipping charges based on the weight of package.

Diabetic meter kit is approximately 1lb. Glucose test strips and lancets are about 0.1lb.

DirecTest Return Policy

Any request for exchanges or returns must be reported to our customer service within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please initiate a return email service@directest.us with your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return, or call us @ 855-837-8365 M-F 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. CST.  All products that are being returned must be in the same condition as received, we will not accept opened or partially used items, unless the product is defective. We will gladly accept any returns that are fully sealed and are in the same conditioned as received within 30 days. When returning your items please package them so they will not get damaged in transit back to us.

Please verify your order when received, DirecTest strives for 100% accuracy of all orders shipped, and we want you to be satisfied with our products and service.

Some special order items that are available in different sizes and colors are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the fee applies to a particular product, it will be noted on the detail page of that particular item.
